Do you take walk-ins?
We prefer a quick call in advance, especially for first-time visits. This helps us prepare for your dog and make sure we can give them the time they need.
What vaccinations are required?
We require up-to-date vaccinations for all dogs in our care. Please get in touch and we’ll confirm exactly what we need before your visit.
What should I bring?
For boarding: their regular food, a comfort item if they have one, and their vaccination records. For grooming: just the dog — we’ll handle the rest.
How do I know when my dog is ready to pick up?
We’ll call or message you when they’re ready. For boarding stays, we’ll confirm a pick-up window when you drop them off.
